Simulated data for Chionochloa teretifolia
This file is saved as an R objects. To use, run command load("path/filename"). This will create an object call "out2" that is a list of components needs to fit the model.
"tusflw" is a binary field for whether a tussock on a line flowered or not. These are the "line" data referred to in the text and consist of records for 100 tussocks for 40 years.
"tempLinetm1" is the mean temperature for each tussock on the line for the previous year
"tempTilt" is the mean temperature in the current year for each tussock in which tiller counts are known.
"tempTiltm1" is the mean temperature in the previous year for each tussock in which tiller counts are known.
"tottil" is the total number of tillers counted for each of 10 tussocks over 40 years. These (along with "tilflw") form part of the "tiller" data referred to in the text.
"tilflw" is the number of flowering tillers for each of 10 tussocks over 40 years.
