GNS NZ Active Faults Database Layer NZAFD

Earthquake Fault Trace (Data released Aug. 2020)Source: https://data.gns.cri.nz/af/The New Zealand Active Faults Database (NZAFD) is a national database of locations and attributes of onshore active faults (e.g., names, locations, ages and amounts of displacement). Most have deformed the ground surface of New Zealand within the last 125,000 years. In the Taupo Rift most have deformed the ground surface within the last 25,000 years.
