Rating Areas - Transport

Environment Canterbury transport rating areas.A wide range of rating bases are used, including capital value, land value, area, rating unit and separately used or inhabited parts of a rating unit, depending on the targeted rate. Many of the rated areas have a number of classes, with differential ratios set for each class, which form part of the calculation of the amount each property pays for the service.
