Waipa District Plan - Policy Heritage Points: Archaeological Sites

This is a subset of the heritage points in the Waipa District Plan. This layer includes archaeological points. The full layer of all heritage points can be found on this data portal named "Waipa District Plan - Policy Heritage Points".Archaeological sites identified on the Planning Maps are sourced from the New Zealand Archaeological Association (NZAA) records as at 2009. Archaeological sites - Reliability 1 can be filtered via the NZAA_RELIA column by priority 1.The Plan promotes the protection, retention and maintenance of listed heritage items.The Waipa District Plan was made operative on 14 August 2017 and has legal effect from this date.
