Waipa District Plan Tokanui Dairy Research Core Campus Area

These features are a spatial representation of the Tokanui research centre core campus area in the operative Waipa District Plan. This is a Zone overlay over a rural zone.  The purpose of the Tokanui Dairy Research Centre is to provide for activities and facilities related to dairy research, which have the potential to directly benefit dairying within the Waipā District, the Waikato Region and nationwide. The data set was reviewed during the District Plan review in 2017. The Waipa District Plan was made operative on 14 August 2017 and has legal effect from this date. Further information on interpreting the District Plan Maps are available via the Introduction to the Planning Maps on the Waipa District Council's website
